My Nose

My nose is so stuffy these days I just want to rip it off and buy a new one!  These allergies make me hate dislike the beginning of fall - just a little bit!   If you get around to it and would like to pray for my nose to clear up, that would be great.


And while you are at it....I'll ask you to take a moment to pray for a woman named Haley Hammock.  She just delivered a baby 1 week ago, her 2nd little girl, and on Monday she had a hemorrhage in her brain.  She is still in a coma and the family is on their knees praying for a miraculous recovery.    Here is the latest on what is going on.  You can join Prayer Chain for Haley Hammock on FB to join in our prayers and receive updates on her progress.   You can also go to this website too.   If you only have room or time for one prayer - forget my nose, and please spend your heart praying for Haley.

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST.Please pray for Haley Hammock, a Colquitt County teacher. She had a baby a week ago today and went to hospital last night with bleeding on the brain. She is in a medically induced coma and is in critical condition. She also has a 4 year old daughter. Her husband is Jacob Hammock- please pray for him and their families. Thank you! 

Update 9/20/2011: I was just informed that there has been no significant changes in Haley's condition. She has had very slight and unexpected movement in her extremities. Please, keep the prayers and warm thoughts coming for this young mother and her beautiful family.

*I will update as the family directs me to. Haley is in a very tender condition right now, and healing will take time and prayer. Keep the prayers coming, and send the family warm thoughts. Pray for strength for the family, that only God can give them.

Update 9/21/2011: The power of prayer never ceases to amaze me! Keep it up, y'all! He hears us!!! The family was just informed that the blood spot is getting smaller, and the bleeding has stopped. Glory be to God! Haley still has a long road to recovery, and is still no where near out of the woods. But, she is making progress.

Update 9/22/2011: This mornings xray shows no
change from yesterday, but they are pleased with her
progress. They played a recording of Gracie's voice for her,
and there was a noticeable difference in her heart rate, in
that it went up, making you to think that she could hear and
recognize Gracie's voice!!!
